Mustang likewise won the “Innovate Houston” award for being the most people-oriented company in Houston. This award confirmed Mustang’s “People Oriented…Project Driven™” motto and affirmed Bill’s passion for team-building and organizational development.
Bill is the author of two books, Mustang The Story and Culture Code Champions. Culture Code Champions gives readers a first-hand, real-life account of how Bill created a high-performance team culture at Mustang Engineering. It’s a cultural blueprint that helped Bill build Mustang into a multi-billion-dollar enterprise and, in an industry where turnover hover around 35%, create a business with a less than 3% turnover rate.
Bill is also the host of the Culture Code Champions podcast where Bill interviews the world’s top leaders in business and entrepreneurship as well as global thought leaders that share their first-hand experience, knowledge and wisdom, to give you exclusive access to their secrets for success.
