Peter J. Strauss is the founder and chief executive officer of Strauss Global. Strauss Global is a group of companies which is comprised of, but not limited to, The Strauss Law Firm, LLC of which he is the founder and managing partner; Strauss Insurance Services and Strauss Business Services. Peter – an experienced captive manager and renowned corporate, tax, and risk management attorney – holds one mission above all: to service his clients the right way, with customized, cutting-edge solutions executed by a team of specialized and qualified professionals.

He has authored several books on captive insurance, including Captive Insurance Companies for the Small Business Owner, and The Definitive Guide to Captive Insurance Companies, a #1 Best Seller on Amazon. He regularly speaks at public seminars and professional society meetings such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Hawaii Tax Institute, Southern Federal Tax Institute, as well as Continuing Legal Education Conferences.

Peter is a graduate of the New England School of Law, holds an LL.M. in estate planning from the University of Miami, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Owner/ President Management Program (OPM). Strauss Global’s Campus is located in Hilton Head, South Carolina, where he resides with his four children; Colin, Quinn, Rymer, and Penny.
