In his Account Manager role, Joel is tasked with ensuring each of our Members has a stellar experience with Advantage|ForbesBooks. He strives to provide each Member with an experience so positive and fulfilling that they are compelled to tell their colleagues and associates about us. The quality of the Member experience is a critical component of the Advantage|ForbesBooks mission, and Joel is instrumental to its execution.
Before coming on board at Advantage|ForbesBooks, Joel undertook an account management role for a downtown Chicago-based firm called Freeosk. Prior to his work at Freeosk, he worked in sales at Groupon for nearly 3 years.
Joel graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor’s in Psychological Sciences and a minor in business. He grew up in the St. Louis, Missouri area, and joins us here in Charleston after having lived in Chicago for the past 5 years. In his free time, Joel enjoys watching and playing sports, fishing, and exploring new restaurants in the area.
