J. Eduardo Campos & Erica Campos
Founder, President, Managing-Partner Embedded-Knowledge, Inc
Over a 30-year career, J. Eduardo Campos has built a robust and varied resumé. A former cavalry commander in his native Brazil, Eduardo deftly translated his skill and experiences in the military to a career in corporate problem-solving. Both he and his wife, Erica W. Campos, spent years ascending the ranks at Microsoft, before founding their own consulting firm – Embedded-Knowledge. The pair obtained graduate degrees at the University of Washington, jointly facing the challenges and adjustments inherent to moving from Brazil to the United States.
Embedded-Knowledge, Inc. is a consulting and training firm which helps business leaders design solutions to the most complex and arduous problems within their companies. Their method is informed by the notion that there is critical information “locked in the processes and culture” of a given organization; the objective of the firm is to locate, mine, and deploy this ’embedded’ knowledge for the betterment of the company.
Eduardo and Erica are graduates of the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington. In addition to leading Embedded-Knowledge, he currently functions as Advisor to the President of Central Washington, leading the nascent CWU Launchpad initiative.
