CEO of Empowered Leadership
Doug founded Carolina Ingredients, a national recognized and award-winning industrial seasoning manufacturer and distributor based in Rock Hill, SC. Carolina Ingredients became the first LEED Sustainable seasoning plant in the country and the first photovoltaic system in York County. Today, Carolina Ingredients is still considered to have one of the largest photovoltaic systems in the York County. Solar energy supplies alternative fuel for the production plant as well as hot water for the office complex.
